Coaching of fitness basketball training in adults basketball

Title: Coaching of Fitness Basketball Training in Adults Basketball Objectives: The aim of this work was to deal with literary research and to create a training guide to men's fitness training for basketball coaches. In this research I have worked with up-to-now experience which I have extended by translation of foreign literature and basic human physiology. Methods: Research and comparison from foreign and Czech literature which is is concerned with sports training in basketball. Results: The thesis is conceived as a comprehensive concept of a fitness training for adult basketball players. Because this study is supplemented by an knowledge from foreign sources and basic basketball preconditions, it may be used as a fitness training giude or an information source for basketball couches and trainers. Health aspects are introduced as a part of the study too. The fitness training, in a basketball environment, is characterised by a connection of a perfect technical performance and a high level of a speed and power requirements. It is very important to apply all exercises in an areal and temporal distress. Therefore, a basketball game has very high demands on a motor coordination, dexterity and a performance speed. Differences between the workload of top beach volleyball players by specialization during the match

Title: Differences between the workload of top beach volleyball players by specialization during the match. Objektives: The main objective of this thesis is to observe the external load of players during the match. To determine whether the load varies and as a player who plays mainly in the field - fielder and the player who plays mainly on the network and blocks - blocker. We will focus on quantitative indicators of external loads. Methods: The research is formed by an evaluation. Another method which was used was a method of data mining ( measurements, observations) and their further elaboration. Results: The results present and evaluate implemented programs. These results should lead to a condition training program solution for junior men players of beach volleyball. Key words: Volleyball, beachvolleyball, physical strain, condition training.
The evaluation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14

Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Title: Condition training in hotel fitness center Purpose: Main purpose of the compilation is to make a research about active lifestyle and to compare avilable informations from literature. I also focused on body exercise deficiency in today′s society and the function of fitness center. The objective of my work is to evaluate the goals and preferences of the fitness center clients. Method: In my work I analyzed scientific publications and compared avilable opinions and informations of the specialists engaged in reasearch of active and helathy lifestyle, insufficiency of body exercise and possible health complications connected to those issues. With a questionary i gathered the informations from hotel fitness clients about their goals and preferences. Results: Absence of active lifestyle is a serious problem of today′s society. Evolution of the society changes our lifestyle in a negative way, so it is necessary to compensate in artificially, for example in fitness centers. Influencing Shooting Speed in Football

Title: Influencing the shooting speed in football Objectives: The aim of my thesis was to record, evaluate changes and verify the effectiveness of the implemented intervention during the reference period in the development of shooting speed together with a rebound ability in a long jump in a football team which is operating in the 5th highest football competition in Germany. Methods: Quantitative research was carried out in the form of motor testing of a football team from a selected foreign football league during the autumn part of the competition. Two tests were selected to determine the development of the explosive force of the lower limbs. It was a specific test of the explosive force of the lower limbs - a kick from a one-step rhythm and a test of the general explosive force of lower limbs - jump. It was a so-called cross over study. Team was divided in two groups, where group A was doing implemented intervention in a different part of reference period than group B. Results: Based on the analysis of descriptive statistics, there was an increase in the statistics in the long jump and a decrease in the statistics in both monitored groups, while group A has the observations with the greatest improvement, but in the group B can be seen mostly an improvement across the whole group. TITLE: Change of physical abilities of TSV Giesen Grizzlys and VK ČEZ Karlovarsko players after condition training AUTHOR: Bc. Tereza Lukešová DEPARTMENT: Department of Physical Education SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ANNOTATION The work is focused on fitness training of volleyball players from two top men's competitions, and on the Czech Uniqa extraleague and the German Bundesliga. Work through testing of motor skills of twelve respondents from both teams. These were the tests: K-test, 200m sprint, trapeze, long jump, rebound reach range, reach, two-hand reach range. The first part of the thesis contains general information about volleyball literature and familiarization with movement abilities, with regard to work and work with them. The research part analyzes the already mentioned form of tests of motor abilities of the respondents before conditioning during the season, ie also in December. In conclusion, the results of this research and comparison with fitness training of the teams were evaluated. The work is intended mainly for advanced players or volleyball coaches.
